St. Peter's Support Group Giving Back - Make A Difference Our Meetings Calendar St. Peter's Support Group meetings are held every Thursday 7:30-9:30pm. St. Peter the Apostle Social Hall 431 Fifth Ave. River Edge, NJ. Donations $1. After the meetings the group gathers at the River Edge Diner Kinderkamack Rd. At each meeting, a signup clipboard is passed around so individuals can let the group leaders and planners know of their intentions to participate in any of the planned activities. So, come join us for fun and support in your difficult time. For more information, send and email to either: or Throughout the year, the group participates in supporting different community needs with volunteers and donations of food, clothing, gifts and love. The funds for these gifts are generated throughout the year from the 50/50 club payouts and additional resources including contributions of cash or gifts from the membership. Interested members can participate by making contributions of time, involvement, money or toy gifts. A sign-up clip board is available where members can add their name to indicate their desire to be involved in the project as a volunteer. Help others and get a payback - ten fold. You won't regret it! Adopt A Family For Christmas Project Each year, a team of volunteers contacts one of the many family shelters in the area and selects one family as a recipient for a number of gifts and necessities to be distributed at Christmas time.
